Serversaurus offers basic SSL Certificates as a complimentary feature within your cPanel account.
Lets Encrypt is an automated SSL certificate installer, making it straightforward for you to manage, install and automatically renew SSL certificates for your domain/s.
Note: SSL Certificates can only able to be installed on Serversaurus hosted services, if your service is hosted externally, please contact your external provider to find out your options.
To begin, please login to your cPanel account. If you have forgotten your cPanel credentials, they were included in the original Welcome to Serversaurus email which you should be able to find in your inbox otherwise follow these instructions on how to update your cPanel password.
1. Use the search bar at the top of screen to navigate to the Let’s Encrypt SSL function.
2. To the right of the domain you would like issue a certificate for, select the Issue button.
3. Use the check boxes to add or remove any domains to be included in the certificate and to choose your certificate type.
To install a Wildcard certificate your DNS must be hosted with Serversaurus and you must select the dns-01 validation option at the bottom of the page
Once you have completed your selection, select Issue from the bottom of the window to completed.
Your certificate is now installed!
